At CrossFit Propel, our classes are designed to provide three things: A safe and effective workout, a competitive sports environment, and a supportive community. Our top level coaches hold multiple certifications that range from Gymnastics to Olympic Weightlifting. Their expertise allows us to provide a safe and fun learning environment for anyone age 7 to 107 (or greater). Whether you’re looking to get back into shape or you have an extensive athletic background, we strive to include everyone in a great workout from the most scaled back and simplified version to the most elite level.
Our classes typically last 40-50 minutes and include a group warm-up, mobility work, workout explanation and demonstration by our coaches, the workout itself, along with a cool down period and some surprise skill work to finish things off. We will strive to make your visit to CrossFit Propel the best hour of your day!
